Free Play Expansion Pack
With Total Promo's Free Play Expansion Pack, you can push free play credits directly to a player's account or card --- whether they earned these awards at a Games Direct Swipe-and-Win game, a Total Promo promotion, or a new Digital Display device. The Free Play module allows patrons to redeem their free play prizes right at their slot machine, keeping players on the gaming floor instead of having them wait in line to redeem their rewards. By implementing the Self-Redemption Module, you will transform your kiosks into a virtual player’s club hub. After swiping their players club card, patrons can view a list of prizes available and redeem them using their point or comp balance. Once a patron has selected their prize, the kiosk prints a ticket specific to that prize for redemption. This module is so easy to use that you will find more and more patrons looking to “self-serve” rather than standing in line waiting for a player’s club representative for assistance. Additionally, the Language Module for the kiosk allows patrons to select a preferred language that will be used on the kiosk every time they swipe their player’s card.
